  4. Original Detail Covering letter from applicant on Business letterhead if having own Business.
  5. Original Detail Covering letter from applicant on plain paper if working in a company.
  6. Original Leave letter from company on letter head with leave dates if working in a company.
  7. Personal bank statement copy for last 03 months of passenger.
  8. Personal IT papers copy for the last 03 years of passenger service.
  9. Company incorporation certificate copy if having own business
  10. Company bank statement copy for last 03 months of passenger if having own business
  11. Company IT papers copy for last 03 years of passenger if having own business

 BUSINESS VISA

  1. Original valid passport at least for 06 months & passport first page, last page & all the pages in passport with Notary by Advocate.
  2. Two color photo 35 x 45 mm 80% face white background.
  3. 1415 visa application form duly filled & signed by applicant only.
  4. Original Detail Covering letter on Indian company letterhead.
  5. Invitation letter copy from Australia.
  6. Personal bank statement copy for last 03 months of passenger.
  7. Personal IT papers copied for the last 03 years of passenger service.
  8. Company incorporation certificate copy if having own business
  9. Company bank statement copy for last 03 months of passenger if having own business
  10. Company IT papers copy for last 03 years of passenger if having own business

 FAMILY VISIT VISA

  1. Original valid passport at least for 06 months & passport first page, last page & all the pages in passport with Notary by Advocate.

 TRANSIT VISA

  4. Original Detail Covering letter with mentioning purpose of traveling
  5. Ticket Itinerary.
