A ] While accessing, using, browsing or making booking through our website King Holidays Guest / User  have to accept that they are agreed with terms and conditions of our website. In case of any violation, King Holidays has reserved all the rights for taking any legal actions against them.

B] In our website King Holidays if we taking any Service Charge, Cancellation Charge or Reschedule charge are inclusive of GST (unless specified otherwise)

C ] The rates which are displaying / showing for Flights and Hotels Booking in King Holidays websites it’s included all taxes (unless specified otherwise) It never comprises any personal expense or other additional charges like Phone Bills , Personal Services , Any type of Entry Charges ,Bar Charges etc..

D] Our payment gateway and online payment platform is completely secure and  safe for customers. Users can make the online payments through a safe and secure transaction process that ensures their personal security codes will not be revealed in any circumstances.

F] Rates and Price Vary: We reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the if changes in exchange rates or price rises made by vendor or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay a different amount and new rates will be applicable. Users may cancel the booking which may result in cancellation fees. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of requirement and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

G] User has the legal authority to create an obligatory legal requirement and enter into these Terms of Use.

You will use our website as per its Terms of Use.

Users will use our website only to make peaceful bookings for themselves or other people for whom you are officially approved to do these kinds of bookings for them. Users will also inform other people about the Our Terms and Condition of the website.

Users will provide accurate details about his/her official document and other important details like name and DOB to the site in case of booking with it.

In case of any error or mistake in the process of information, the user will be solely responsible for the same.

King Holidays has reserves the right to deny access to its Website to anyone, at any time without any notice and for any reason, including, but not restricted to, for the violation of its Terms of Use.


H] Full Amount: Full Amount must be paid immediately when requested prior to travel date. No confirmation vouchers will be issued until final full payment is received in our bank account. Final payment conditions for certain air tickets, hotel bookings , Car, Hotel and tour packages may vary, these are shown on the individual pages. We will advise you in writing of these conditions at the time of booking. Please note the final full payment may vary from the original booking price or quote if the product is subject to exchange rate fluctuations or price rises by vendor or other suppliers like airlines , hotels etc..

I] Credit Cards or Debit Cards Charges: Card fee will be applied automatically to credit card if you will process payment amount by credit card

This fee covers a range of costs associated with processing charges of bookings paid for by credit card or debit cards including the merchant fees of the various credit or debit card companies or banks , payment processing costs, management costs, the cost of maintaining IT software used for payment security to minimize credit card fraud, credit card chargebacks and associated fees.

J]Validity of Rates: Prices are valid for the dates indicated only not for any other dates

K] Currency: All rates are quoted in Indian Rupees Only

L] Payment Options: We offer a secure server and safe payment options  for your credit card payments. Alternatively, or make a direct deposit to our given bank account details on the website.

M] E ticket: E Ticket details will be emailed to the email address as you gave us your email address when you made your reservation within 3 minutes also you get the E Ticket copy through the Print E Ticket  or Download from our website.

N] Hotel Bookings : Hotels Bookings is as specified as an accommodation section of our website. All costs are shown in Indian Rupees only, We reserve the right to offer alternative accommodation of a similar standard in the case the accommodation offered by us overbooks their property or for any reason beyond our control. All rates are subject to change without any notice. Not all properties provide instant availability and in these cases Our Team will check availability of accommodation once we receive the booking request.

O] Flight / Air Tickets Booking: Airfares show instant availability and fares at the time of search however we will not proceed with booking flights until your accommodation is confirmed as per your requirements.  This is to avoid strict fees charged by airlines for flight amendments.  This may result in fare and/or availability changes.Check In / Check Out Times: These vary according to Airlines. Generally your accommodation check in time is 2.00 pm and check out time is 10.00am. Please note that most properties will require a photo identification on check-in and you don’t have a credit card, usually a cash will be required.

P] Amendment & Cancellation Policy of Flights and Airlines Booking

Every booking made on our website is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airlines, which may vary with respect to flight and booking class

King Holidays levies a negligible amount of 499 INR. per passenger/per sector for domestic and 699 INR. per passenger/per sector for international air tickets as cancellation service charges.

Travel Insurance fee is non refundable.

Convenience fees are non-refundable in all cases in all type of bookings

Some bookings are non-refundable as per the specific airline’s policy its mentioned as a NON REFUNDABLE FARE

Some bookings cannot be canceled partially as per the specific airline’s policy 

Cancellations can be made by sending an email to us or call to us

We will try to assist you in making various amendments or changes for bookings if you require any changes  In few cases, you need to contact the airline directly by call them on customer care services 

Amendment charges on our website are subject to change as per the airline policy, which varies due to flight timings and booking class.

To cancel your flight tickets or hotel bookings , within 24 Hrs of journey we recommend that customers contact the Airlines  or directly to the Hotel and after that, send the cancellation request on our website or by email to process the refund amount.

In case of no-show or unutilized bookings, the customers are required to make requests for any valid refunds, as per the defined policies, within 30 days from the travel date in case of air tickets and/or the date of check-in for hotel bookings. No refund would be payable for requests raised after the expiry of 30 days of travel date/ check-in as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.

Once cancellation requests are received, the refund shall be processed at the earliest. In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds shall be processed post deduction of airline charges along with our service charges/ processing fees. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider. Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking is not refundable
